Getting Your Tickets
Tickets are initially offered to the theatre membership. They are then released for public sale through the box office, online and the society secretaries. Please refer to individual show guides for ticket release dates for further information. During the Covid 19 restrictions dates and timings may change in the future.
In Person
You can call into the theatre during the box office opening times to purchase tickets by cash, cheque or via credit and debit cards.
Online
You can book tickets online for many of our shows, a ‘Purchase Tickets’ button will be displayed on the page of any show’s that have this option available. Click here to purchase tickets online.
Please note that with effect from 1st September 2019, there will be a change to our processing charges for online bookings. The new charge will be 50p per ticket up to a maximum charge of £4.50 for each online transaction. Please note this only applies to online purchases.

Concessions
Concession prices apply to those aged 60 and over and under 16, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to individual show guides for up to date concession information.
Age Restrictions
Please note that children under the age of 3 will NOT be permitted into the auditorium.
Refunds
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Auditorium
The Concordia Theatre’s auditorium seats 400 patrons.
The Concordia Theatre provides two standard wheelchair spaces at the rear of the theatre for wheelchair disabled patrons for each performance in the main Auditorium and these are designated W1 & W2. Please contact the Theatre for further information on disabled access.
